Description

Specifically designed for chip-free cutting of MDF, Melamine, Plywood, TFL, HPL, and similar materials at feed rates above 900 IPM.  This tool has a shorter upcut length of 0.250" for grooves or dados.  Part of our R SERIES line of carbide tooling which utilizes a carbide grade specifically chosen for added forgiveness while routing.  A good choice for those with entry level CNC machines, underweight machines, poor vacuum hold down capability, etc.
